Here’s to ’22! While 2021 seemed to Zoom by, bearing a great deal of Covid-related obstacles, this was a year of exceptional growth. I feel incredibly grateful for all the people that played a role in the meaningful experiences that defined my year, which I now look back on with pride. Some big thanks are due…

MIRAGE

This year, I had the pleasure of producing and directing my first short film, MIRAGE, for which I raised $50,000 and recruited 40+ people in just six months. This project would not exist without the support of my dream team of student producers: Daniel Beracha, Skylar Carroll, Peter Gold and Maya Moravec; talented cast and crew: Dylan Gelula, Devon Bostick, Jordan Knapp, Jackson Linn, Corey Waters and the amazing camera, sound and art department crews, all the PAs, Carter Linsley, Tristan Baylis and folks at LightIron; financiers: EP Pradeep Atluri, AP Santosh Govindaraju, AP Kevin Wilson, AP Izzie Nadah, AP Al Valhouli, AP Anne Ziff, AP Salonee Ferrao and 67 generous donors; and my inspirational friends, family and mentors (Thank you Vincent Peters, Nate Griffin, my friends at Rideback, David Gutnik, Mark Voelpel, Joel Michaely, Ryan Misler), who have generously given me advice and support along the way.

ABROAD

This fall, I studied abroad in Italy, a life changing experience that has inspired an upcoming project (stay tuned)…

WORK

I am also humbled by the experience I’ve gained…

  • In an ongoing mentorship under Mark Vahredian (THE TRANSFORMERS) with The Academy in their Gold Rising Program

  • As an intern with CAA in their Motion Picture Literary Department

  • As a producer and director for Sotheby’s, where I directed an Oscar Nominated actor

  • And as a photographer and branding strategist for NYC jewelry company, Emanuel Sharp Jewels.

I could not be more excited for what’s to come in 2022…

There’s the release of MIRAGE; a short film I’ll be directing for THE EXODUS ROAD, an anti-human trafficking organization; my continued experience with THE ACADEMY; a mini doc I’m shooting for an all girl’s school in Senegal; my senior year at NYU and best of all, The Unexpected. I’m wishing you a prosperous, healthy and meaningful New Year!
